They offer a very low cost firewall that allows our client to prevent employees from wasting time on social networking sites and prevent liability issues by restricting access to offensive sites. Today our client called and requested that we close a specific domain. Within a few minutes we had closed off that domain and made our client very happy.</p>

We monitor the backups and are notified by an e-mail daily with a summary of all clients who have backed up. We know instantly when there is a problem and we can log in remotely to rectify it. The data changes often, sits on a Windows 2003 server and is accessed by a staff of 10 people.</p>
